How do I wash it?

30°C machine wash. No bleach. No fabric softener — it coats the fibres. Tumble dry low or air dry. By wash five it is the softest thing in your bathroom.

When will my order ship?

We pack and ship within 1–3 business days. West Malaysia arrives in 2–4 days. East Malaysia 4–7 days. You'll receive tracking once it's dispatched.

How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping on all orders above RM 150. Ordering 2 towels at RM 165 qualifies automatically — which is also when you start saving per towel.

Can I return it?

Yes — 30-day return policy. Unused, in original packaging. Email us with your order number and we'll arrange it.

Is it good as a gift?

Every order arrives in a rigid parchment keepsake box with tissue, dried cotton stem, and a note card. It's gift-ready before you've done anything extra.

Do you do bulk orders for Airbnb?

Yes. Our 4-towel pack at RM 319 is designed for hosts. For larger orders above 10 units, email us and we'll discuss pricing.
